I am going to try this again. My previous White Wednesday post seemed to be nothing new to bloggers out there. Since I have been sick and out of the loop, I guess I missed it. I still love it (
Sandra Foster's tiny victorian cottage featured in the NY Times)!! Now let me show you what I bought with the Crate and Barrel gift certificate I won from Angela at
The Painted House recently. I always wanted one of these giant clamshells and so I thought I would put it in my bathroom and fill it with handtowels. It reminds me a little of the Four Seasons hotel in Austin. They use baskets, but I just love going in there and seeing all those little towels rolled up. Of course, they have many, many more. Thanks again, Angela, for the giveaway!

I had seen the house. And I was concerned that she spent over $3000, but didn't manage to get some plumbing in there! haha
As for this shell, it's so very wonderful! Love it! ~Mindy

I have large clam shells like that scattered around my garden to hold water for the critters who happen by. Your rolled towels look great in yours!

I love the white clamshell. Are there any left at crate and barrel?
