Silver Scotties

Today I wanted to join Gypsy Fish Journal for my first Silver Sunday. It will be brief, as I am in the midst of big moves! I found these Scotty salt and pepper shakers at a thrift store. I can't tell from the markings exactly what kind of silver they are, but I could not resist their cuteness!

The best part of all: (well, besides paying $1 each) at first I couldn't tell exactly how to fill them. Then I noticed that their tails unscrewed!

Thanks for hosting Silver Sunday, Beth!

My grandmother would so covet those little buggers, her name is MaryScott and she goes by Scottie so naturally she collects them whenever she can. Thanks for joining the party....see you next month.

Hi Pam, LOVE those cute little Scotties! Funny that their tails unscrew. I probably would have missed that!
