This little vintage wine (or as I like to call it, martini!) table-- just sounds cuter
a little vintage plant stand and a brass candelabra
barley twist sideboard, the top had been damaged, so I had to do something to it
just had to add my own little gold painting to embellish
a little darker chest, still gold embellishing, though
a very primitive table with different shades

and my hubby and grandson in Seattle. OK, so I didn't paint the pole, but I couldn't resist it!
Since Mondays are usually blue, today I am linking with Melinda of Alabaster Rose Designs for Vintage Summer Mondays, and since these were all purchased in a thrifty manner, I am linking with Rhoda for Thrifty Treasures at Southern Hospitality AND since they all morphed into a different look, I am linking with Susan for Metamorphosis Monday at Between Naps on the Porch, so please stop by and see all their entries! Oh, and one more I'd like to add: Rory for Modern Craftswoman Monday at Tools are for Women Too! Thanks to all the hosts!

love the turquoise but find a little goes a looong way...very pretty!
Joanne, I know, these all went in separate directions! I only want one turquoise piece in my home and I haven't found just the right one to paint yet for me.
Love all the various shades of turquoise. Would love to see how you did them. Especially like the barley twist sideboard & the piece below it.
Very nice, I love all the different shades of torquoise. Such nice pieces, esp. the sideboard - really lovely! I, too, am a big fan of both the color and the gem in jewelry. Love it! I painted a chandelier a very similar color, drop by to see it.

Oops, I meant "turqouise", not "torquoise", I don't have a clue where that word came from , but it is possibly some sort of mythical creature!!

I like them all, but that first little martini table is cute! I have a small simple home, so I'm drawn to smaller pieces.
